Other than the about 20 mile sometime winding drive after exiting highway 15, access was ok. I really enjoyed the Styx concert here, everything worked out right. Again, exiting was so much easier than the other two venues. Walk through part of the Casino to the exit doors, on to the parking lot and out you go. After the concert was over, exiting the area did not take long at all. No lost time waiting in line, restrooms have plenty of capacity, a short walk to the left outside the concert room. Restroom backlog was non existent compared to the other two concert venues I mentioned. Alcohol served inside by people walking the aisles, an area to the left of the stage, or you could exit the concert area for just outside the doors. I had a Starbucks coffee I had just bought inside the Casino.

Staff was friendly, efficient while checking tickets and bags. Acoustics were good, no echos or other issues. Seating chart: Two large video screens made it easy to see the band up close. Sit in lower rows 1-3 and you can have your vision impaired unless you stand. I had the 4th row in the elevated 'D' area, center mass, making it easy to see the band when the lower section was standing. Seats were arranged in groups of four, making entering and exit very easy.

Behind this the seating is elevated in rows. Seating is flat until the back area where the sound mixer is located. Showed us where it was and checked to ensure we had the right tickets. He could not have been the more perfect host. Asked a security professional, Robert, where it was. First time there, entering the Casino I had no idea where to go. Outside lot had lot designation signs, making it easy to remember where you parked. Liked the way there is no charge for parking, plenty of space adjacent to the Casino or in the parking garage. While a drive from San Diego, far better than going to Irvine.

I was looking forward to the smaller, more intimate, air conditioned indoor venue than previous out door concerts at Sleep Train amphitheater in Chula Vista and Verizon Wireless amphitheater Irvine. Attended the Styx concert there on 13 September.
